1. Acceptance
By inviting heal to a Discord server or interacting with heal in any server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and do not use its commands.
2. Description of service
heal is a free Discord bot that provides moderation tools, content filtering, ticket systems, welcome messages, event logging, XP leveling, and other community management features. All features are accessed through prefix-based commands (default: >). There are no paid tiers or premium features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and comply with Discord's own Terms of Service to use heal.
4. Permitted use
You may use heal on any Discord server where you have authorization to add bots. You agree not to:
- Abuse, exploit, or interfere with heal's operation
- Use heal to harass, spam, or violate the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract heal's source code
- Use heal to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Automate commands or flood heal with requests (rate abuse)
5. Server owner responsibility
If you are a server owner or administrator, you are responsible for how heal is configured and used in your server. This includes the actions of any moderators or staff you authorize to use heal's moderation commands. You are responsible for informing your server members that heal processes data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
heal is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or experience downtime without prior notice.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate a server's or user's access to heal at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or Discord's policies. You may stop using heal at any time by removing it from your server.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
heal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of heal, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of heal after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
